Payment Policy
Full payment at time of booking for all stays within the next 28 days.
Mastercard, visa, debit card, American Express welcomed.
For Advance Bookings prior to 28days a deposit of 30% is required and the remainder of the balance no later than 28 days before the stay.
Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy
We will endeavour to amend bookings if required at no cost where possible to alternative dates, however we reserve the right to charge where necessary.
Bookings cancelled by 23.00 72 hours before the day of arrival will only incur a fee of £25.00 and the remainder will be refunded.
Cancellations made later to the conditions above will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
